Brief:

A8E is hack version of an award-winning Content Management System (CMS) called Joomla!.

a8eJoomla CMS conforms to web accessibility guidelines and web standards (e.g. W3C ) in better ways than Joomla!.

It is not a fork but an alternative Joomla! version for professionals and users to build more accessible and W3C stand compliant websites.
